The Academy Student is an interested individual seeking to join Nixus who is not yet, or is nearly, up to standards. They can improve in our Academy Discord server. At this stage, gathering feedback from division leads and Nixus representatives is the main priority.
Trials are individuals who have met the standards for our team. Criteria such as activity and the ability to represent the team are the main focus for promotion to full member.
After reaching Full Member status, as decided by the division leads, the Academy Member has completed their 'education' and can leave the Academy. The member is then invited to our private Nixus Discord server and becomes an official member of the team!
